At Rescue Maids, we make booking easy, cleaning thorough, and your satisfaction our top priority.
Our pricing is customized to your space and needs. Factors like home size, condition, and service type all play a role. By completing our quick Quote form, you’ll receive a personalized estimate with flexible options — from one-time deep cleans to recurring packages or hourly labor. You can even set a maximum time and highlight priority areas, ensuring the service fits your budget and goals.
Yes! Rescue Maids is fully licensed, bonded, and insured — giving you complete peace of mind and protection with every cleaning.
Refunds Deposits for scheduled cleanings may be refunded if the job has not yet been completed. Once a service is performed, refunds are not issued. If you encounter any issues with the cleaning, please contact us at clientrelations@rescuemaids.net within 24 hours of service. In most cases, we will schedule a complimentary Fix-Up Clean to address missed areas. Refunds after service are only considered in exceptional cases and require in-person inspection.
Cancellation & Rescheduling To keep our schedule fair and efficient for all clients, the following fees apply:
Less than 24 hours’ notice: $100 fee
No-shows (no notice given): $200 fee or the full service amount, whichever is greater
100% of cancellation fees go directly to your assigned maids, ensuring they are compensated for their time and commitment.
Complaints All complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of service with photos of the missed areas or by allowing an in-person inspection. Once verified, we will schedule a Fix-Up Clean at no cost. Please note: Fix-Up Cleans cover only items from the original service.
Due Date All payments are due by the end of the service day.
Late Payment If payment is not received by the following day, the card on file will be automatically charged.
Card on File A valid payment method is required for all active clients.
Gratuity Tips are optional but always appreciated. You may add one after receiving your invoice.
Past-Due Accounts
1–12 Months Late – A 10% late fee is applied to the outstanding balance each month.
12+ Months Late – Invoices unpaid after 12 months will be sent to collections.
We understand unexpected situations may arise. If you’re unable to pay on time, please contact our billing department at (248) 242-7745 or clientrelations@rescuemaids.net, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
To ensure safety and compliance, Rescue Maids does not clean:
Exteriors – Outside areas of homes or businesses (including gutters, siding, windows).
Vehicles – Cars, boats, or other motor vehicles.
Hazardous/Biohazardous Materials – Human or animal waste, vomit, or any CDC-defined hazardous waste.
Above Arm’s Reach – Any task requiring a ladder or step stool, due to insurance restrictions.
Unsanitary Environments – Properties or areas deemed unsafe or hazardous to our team.
Any exceptions must be made in writing through a special service agreement.
